🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At retechart, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and uniqueness of each framed tech piece.
As most of our products are handcrafted or made to order, we have a limited return policy to ensure quality control.

✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is returned in original packaging and condition

Please note:
We do not accept returns for change of mind or custom-made products unless they are damaged or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)
