We accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and keep the item in its original packaging and condition.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or custom-made products unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or wrong item.

The visible components are sourced from original devices.

Note: We source used phones from authorized phone suppliers and build the frame, a process that includes disassembling, cleaning, sterilization, redesigning, framing, and more, eventually resulting in a framed artwork. All Phones in the frames are used phones, so slight scratches on some of the phones are possible.

For safety reasons, the battery area may use a non-functional dummy battery or updated display template to avoid risks such as swelling or leakage. This product is a decorative collectible artwork and is not a functional electronic device.
